Can your devices be integrated with other systems?
Yes, our devices integrate seamlessly with all systems, whether developed by Globalsys or third parties. Our technology is designed for adaptability and compatibility, ensuring optimal interoperability with external solutions.
Can I use my own batteries or do I have to use Globalsys batteries?
To ensure optimal performance and maximum safety, Globalsys recommends using only batteries certified for our equipment. The use of third-party batteries may impact product performance, and Globalsys cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of non-certified batteries.
Do you have local repairers or after-sales service?

What should I do if I can't connect a mobile to the base station?
To re-pair the mobile with the base station, follow these steps:
Mobile not registered to the base:
Press the ON/OFF button quickly twice on each unit.
Mobile out of range from the base:
Move the mobile closer to the base station. The maximum range is 300 meters.
Mismatch in DECT modes:
Check the DECT type and device type using the SoftLink application. Ensure that the aircraft and ground station are set to the same DECT type for communication. Note that two bases cannot subscribe to each other.

These recharge times ensure that your equipment is quickly ready for use, minimizing downtime.
How long do batteries last?
Battery lifespan for Globalsys devices
- BAT406: Retains 85% of its capacity after 400 charging cycles
- BAT407: Retains 80% of its capacity after 300 charging cycles
- BAT440: Retains 90% of its capacity after 400 charging cycles
- BAT441: Retains 90% of its capacity after 400 charging cycles
These figures provide an estimate of battery performance under typical usage conditions. For optimal results, always follow the recommended charging practices.
(1 cycle = 1 full discharge + 1 full charge)
